What we collect

The details you give us when you book, enquire, apply as an artist, create an account, or subscribe: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, booking details, and anything you write in notes or forms. Artists additionally share a bio, photo, location, and Instagram handle for their public profile.

How we use it

To run your bookings and confirm them on WhatsApp, respond to enquiries, process purchases, display approved artist profiles (contact details are never published), and — only if you subscribed — send occasional studio updates. We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only with service providers needed to run the site (e.g. hosting and storage) or where the law requires.

Photos at the studio

We sometimes photograph sessions for our gallery and social media. Tell the team at your session if you'd prefer not to be photographed, and we'll respect it.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access limited to the studio team. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
